If we both feel there’s a strong fit, we’ll schedule an in-depth consultation, either in our boardroom for new builds or at your project location for renovations. This session allows us to dive deeper into your project, exploring essential details such as regulatory approvals and investment expectations.
Pre-Construction
During pre-construction, we establish a high-level budget range to confirm feasibility, then refine that projection at each milestone to keep decisions informed and projections accurate.
Phase 1
Concept Design & Preliminary Regulatory Review
We work with leading architectural & interior design consultants to capture your ideas and transform them into inspired, functional spaces. Before design commences, we submit a preliminary regulatory review to confirm the project is feasible under local zoning laws.
Phase 2
Concept Development & Approval
In this stage, your conceptual plans are refined and presented for your review and approval. This step ensures clarity, confidence, and complete alignment before progressing into the technical stages of design and planning.
Phase 3A
Regulatory Approvals & Financial Planning
With your developed concept in hand, we begin securing all necessary regulatory and municipal approvals while narrowing your project’s scope and financial projections based on approved conceptual drawings.
Phase 3B
Technical Design & Material Selections
As the technical architectural drawings are completed, we collaborate with you and the interior designer through the material selections and finishing details. This information is translated into detailed specifications, ensuring that your vision is fully captured in the final plans and contracts.
Phase 4
Finalization & Building Permits
This phase concludes with the completion of all building and design documentation and approvals, leading to a finalized contract that includes your material selections and finishing details and the issuance of building permits.
Construction
Once your design and contract are finalized, we move seamlessly into the construction phase.
With approvals in place, construction begins under the supervision of our experienced project managers and skilled craftsmen. Every stage (from foundation to finishing) is completed with the highest standards of quality and care. We maintain regular, open communication throughout, providing regular updates so you always know how your project is progressing.
