With all key decision-makers in attendance, this discussion is productive, focused on key project goals, and ensures all parties are aligned on their expectations.
Our goal is to provide clarity and honest insight from the outset, helping you make informed decisions about your project’s direction. While we strive to present an accurate projected investment, it’s important to understand that this investment may evolve as the design and specifications are refined.
At the conclusion of this phase, once expectations are clearly defined and both parties are ready to move forward, we formalize our partnership with a Pre-Construction Contract.
